About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with 3-5 years of experience to join our Maintenance Department in the Automotive Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in an industrial setting, ensuring optimal functionality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in an industrial environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical components to prevent system failures.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities and complete service reports.
• Train junior staff on electrical safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• ITI certification in Electrical or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and industrial machinery.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Ability to work with high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within the automotive services industry.
• Knowledge of Qatar's electrical codes and safety regulations.
