Industrial Electrician – Full-Time Position

Job Overview

Multilink Management Consultants, in collaboration with Nassir Hazzaa Al Subaie & Sons Co. (NSH), is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, particularly in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and industrial equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, motors, generators, and control systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults using testing devices and repair or replace damaged components.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all electrical installations adhere to Saudi Arabian and international safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems.
• Document maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Assist in emergency response procedures for electrical failures or hazards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Certification:

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Industrial Electrical Maintenance (preferred).
• Knowledge of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in maintaining industrial electrical systems (e.g., motors, transformers, switchgear).
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, insulation testers).
• Basic understanding of HVAC and instrumentation systems (beneficial).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
