Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector (Tank/Structure) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and integrity of tank and structural components in compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This role requires hands-on inspection experience in the Oil & Gas sector and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of tanks, pressure vessels, and structural components in compliance with industry codes (e.g., API, ASME, AWS).
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections.
• Review and verify material certifications, welding procedures, and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Document inspection findings and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and enforce quality control processes on-site.
• Participate in pre-inspection meetings and audits as required.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration records are up-to-date.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance and control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in tank and structural inspections within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of API 650, API 653, ASME Section V, and AWS D1.1 standards.
• Familiarity with NDT methods (Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• Certification in API 653, CSWIP, or ASNT Level II preferred.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.

Work Environment
