Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain instrument tubing and fittings in compliance with industry standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate tubing layouts.
• Perform pressure testing, leak checks, and quality inspections on tubing systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Use precision tools like tube benders, cutters, and flaring tools for accurate installations.
• Maintain documentation of installation, repairs, and inspections.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in instrument tubing and fitting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience with pressure testing and leak detection methods.
• Hands-on expertise with tubing tools (benders, cutters, flaring tools).

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certification in relevant safety or technical training is a plus.
