We are seeking a motivated Instrumentation & Automation Engineer to join our Information Technology (IT) department in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders with 0-1 year of experience in automation, IT systems, or machine learning applications in a pharmaceutical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance process efficiency and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, and operations) to integrate automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with instrumentation, control systems, and software.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (GMP, FDA, ISO) in all automation projects.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the calibration and validation of laboratory and production equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and automation (PLC, SCADA, DCS).
• Exposure to machine learning techniques and tools (Python, TensorFlow, or similar).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure in a pharmaceutical or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems and IoT applications.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, Automation, Electronics, IT, or related fields.
• Certifications in machine learning or industrial automation are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
