HR GLOBAL REACH is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Fitter to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with expertise in instrumentation installation, calibration, and maintenance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and implement instrumentation solutions.
• Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and P&ID diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on instrumentation devices such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and temperature sensors.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Stay updated with advancements in instrumentation technology and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting instrumentation devices.
• Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and control valves.
• Familiarity with calibration tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning applications in instrumentation (preferred).

Education & Experience

• Doctorate in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Instrumentation Fitter in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certification in instrumentation or control systems (e.g., ISA Certified Control Systems Technician) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
