Job Description: Juice Processing Operator (Full Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Juice Processing Operator to join our dynamic food & beverage production team in Kuwait. This is a full-time role requiring hands-on experience in operating and maintaining juice processing machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to industry safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot juice processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and filling machines.
• Ensure all production lines comply with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate production logs, including machine performance and downtime reports.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and calibration of processing machinery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for juice blending, pasteurization, and packaging.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations in product quality to supervisors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certification

• Diploma or graduation in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in food safety (HACCP) or GMP is a plus.

Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in juice processing or beverage production.
• Familiarity with automated processing lines and packaging systems.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining juice processing machinery (e.g., homogenizers, pasteurizers).
• Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled systems and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation protocols.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This role involves working in a food production facility with exposure to noise, temperature variations, and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 kg when handling raw materials or equipment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (day/night) as per production demands.
