Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Kids Club Animator to join our team. This role involves designing and executing engaging activities for children in our hotel’s Kids Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a flair for animation and entertainment, and the ability to create a fun and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily animation activities tailored to children aged 3-12 years.
• Engage children with interactive games, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other creative programs.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children in the Kids Club.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to address their children’s needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.
• Assist in special events and themed parties for young guests.
• Follow all hotel policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience or training in animation, child entertainment, or early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children and parents.
• Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in fun and educational activities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic first-aid knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum education: Doctorate (relevant fields preferred but not mandatory).
