Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and educational programs.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children attending the Kids Club.
• Assist in planning and executing daily schedules to keep children entertained and stimulated.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s activities, needs, and any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area, adhering to hotel hygiene standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures to safeguard children under your care.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to provide seamless guest experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong supervision skills to ensure child safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with children of varying ages.
• Basic first-aid knowledge (training will be provided if necessary).

Education & Experience:

• Doctorate degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0-1 year of experience in childcare, teaching, or a similar role.
• Background in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
