Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kids Club Supervisor to oversee our Kids Club operations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for childcare, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to supervise and engage children in a fun and educational environment. As a Kids Club Supervisor, you will ensure a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for young guests while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and Lead: Oversee daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely.
• Child Engagement: Plan and execute age-appropriate recreational and educational activities for children.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a secure environment by enforcing safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Team Coordination: Train, guide, and support Kids Club staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Parent Interaction: Communicate effectively with parents regarding activities, policies, and child progress.
• Administrative Duties: Manage registrations, attendance records, and incident reports as needed.
• Event Planning: Assist in organizing special events, themed days, and holiday programs.
• Resource Management: Ensure proper maintenance and availability of toys, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Education Level: Doctorate (preferred in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or related field).
• Experience Level: 0-1 year of experience in childcare, supervision, or a similar role.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong supervision and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in designing engaging activities for children.
• Patience and adaptability in managing children of various ages.
• Knowledge of child safety and developmental milestones.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills.
