About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and routine maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in kitchen equipment and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to address equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and service schedules.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards while performing maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the procurement of spare parts and tools as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in kitchen equipment technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field (training provided for freshers).
• Certification in electrical or mechanical repair is a plus.
