Job Overview

We are seeking a Kitchen & Laundry Equipment Technician to join our client's team in Downtown Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with technical expertise to launch their careers in the fast-paced food & beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
• Service and troubleshoot laundry equipment (washers, dryers, pressing machines)
• Perform preventive maintenance on all assigned equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with precision
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and equipment procurement
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
• Provide basic training to kitchen staff on equipment operation

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read equipment manuals and technical diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and components
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Education & Experience:

• Doctorate in relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
• 0-1 year of experience in equipment maintenance (internships included)
• Certification in equipment repair or HVAC is a plus
