Job Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Labourer to join our manufacturing operations team in Jibla, Kuwait City. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in physical or manual labour. The role involves hands-on tasks in a dynamic production environment, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual labour tasks including lifting, moving, and handling materials.
• Assist in assembly line operations and production processes.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
• Support logistics by loading and unloading goods.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of manual tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum school-level education.
• 1-3 years of experience in labour or manual work (preferably in manufacturing).

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility in Jibla, Kuwait City, with no remote work option. The job involves standing for long hours, lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg), and exposure to machinery noise. Safety gear (gloves, helmets, etc.) will be provided.
