Job Overview

As a Ladder Technician, you will be responsible for performing tasks at heights safely and efficiently. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong commitment to workplace safety and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all ladder-related tasks meet industry standards and company safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks at elevated heights using ladders and other approved equipment.
• Inspect and maintain ladders to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Follow all company and industry safety guidelines when working at heights.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of scaffolding and other height-related structures.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Ability to work safely at heights (safe height work certification is a plus).
• Basic understanding of ladder safety and maintenance.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks at elevated levels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

• Education Level: Doctorate (or equivalent experience in a related field).
• Experience Level: 0-1 year (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: On-site (Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
• Salary Range: 1-2 LPA (negotiable based on experience)
• Shift: Standard working hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
