Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Lead FEDC Engineer to join our Engineering department in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or diploma holder with foundational management skills and a passion for the oil and gas manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will support engineering projects, ensure operational efficiency, and contribute to our mission of sustainable energy production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects in the manufacturing division.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and optimizing engineering processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of safety and compliance protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in engineering operations.
• Provide management support, including coordinating tasks and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in engineering or manufacturing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of engineering principles in the oil and gas sector is a plus.

Skills

• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
