Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead PMC Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience to develop their career in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will assist in project management, coordination, and execution of engineering projects under senior supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.
• Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and compile reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate between multidisciplinary teams including design, procurement, and construction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support in budget tracking and cost-control measures.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).

Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
