Key Responsibilities

The Lineman Foreman will oversee electrical maintenance operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely completion of tasks. Key duties include:

• Supervise and lead a team of linemen in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical power lines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to execute electrical maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and outages.
• Train and mentor junior linemen on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and repairs.
• Operate and inspect heavy machinery and equipment, such as bucket trucks and diggers.
• Respond to emergency calls for electrical line repairs or maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• 1-3 years of experience in electrical line work or a related field.
• Graduation or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Physical stamina to work in challenging environments and lift heavy equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Work Environment
