Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lineman to join our Engineering department in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in high-voltage power line maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry. The role offers a competitive salary range of 21-28 LPA and requires a Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage power lines and electrical systems.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry standards in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize power distribution networks.
• Respond to emergency outages and perform timely repairs.
• Operate specialized equipment such as bucket trucks, diggers, and cable pullers.
• Document maintenance activities and provide reports to supervisors.

Work Environment

This role is on-site in Jibla, Kuwait City, and is not remote. The job involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures common in Al Asimah (Capital Governorate). Safety gear and training will be provided to ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry standards.
