Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in logistics and transportation planning within the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
• Track and monitor shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays or damaged goods, in a timely manner.
• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Assist in budget planning and cost-saving initiatives for logistics operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics and transportation planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry or similar heavy industries.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
