Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Executive / Store Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations, inventory control, and store management to ensure seamless supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Management: Coordinate and oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and manage stock replenishment.
- Store Operations: Supervise daily store activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, such as shipping reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Address logistical challenges and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration).
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in logistics, store management, or a related role (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Management Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities to oversee logistics and store operations.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and spot discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams and vendors.
