Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a Logistics Coordinator - Admin, you will be at the heart of our operational efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse, challenging, and critical to our success.

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including the shipment of materials for industrial design projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and internal schedules.
  • Address and resolve any unforeseen shipping delays or issues, communicating proactively with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all transportation and goods movement, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
  • Assist in warehouse management and inventory control processes to optimize stock levels.

Administrative Support

  • Perform high-volume admin data entry into company databases and management systems with precision and speed.
  • Prepare and process comprehensive documentation for shipments, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both digital and physical records related to logistics and administration.
  • Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for distribution to team members.
  • Support the accounts department by assisting with basic bookkeeping and the processing of expense reports.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

To be successful in this Logistics Coordinator role, you will need a specific set of qualifications and soft skills.

Education & Experience

  • Education: A valid ITI certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a logistics coordinator role, administrative position, or a similar capacity.
  • Prior experience within the industrial design, manufacturing, or a related industry is a significant advantage.

  • Exceptional proficiency in admin data entry and management information systems.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
