Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled LT Motor Technician to join our team at the Alfanar Project in Diriyah, Riyadh. This role is part of the Electrical Maintenance Department, focusing on the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-tension (LT) motors in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience and a strong technical background in motor systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of LT motors to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motor faults, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble LT motors as per technical specifications.
• Test motor performance using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and vibration analyzers.
• Collaborate with the electrical maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new motor systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining LT motors (single-phase and three-phase).
• Knowledge of motor winding, rotor balancing, and bearing replacement.
• Experience with motor control circuits, starters, and drives.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment (e.g., meggers, clamp meters).
• Understanding of electrical schematics and technical manuals.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an LT Motor Technician in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in motor repair or electrical maintenance is a plus.
