Job Description: Lube Oil Flushing Tech

About the Role

Aman International HR Consultant is looking for an experienced Lube Oil Flushing Tech to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of oil and gas systems by performing specialized flushing and blowing procedures. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in oil flushing and air blowing within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lube oil flushing procedures on machinery and pipelines to remove contaminants.
• Conduct air blowing operations to ensure system cleanliness before commissioning.
• Operate flushing rigs and related equipment efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and document flushing parameters to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during flushing operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Prepare detailed reports on flushing activities, including fluid analysis and system readiness.
• Train junior technicians on best practices for oil flushing and air blowing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in oil flushing and air blowing in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency in operating flushing equipment and understanding fluid dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of petrochemical systems and contamination control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education & Certifications

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Oil & Gas safety or fluid handling are a plus.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in large-scale petrochemical plants or refineries will be given preference. Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASTM, or ISO is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working in industrial settings, often under challenging conditions. Candidates must be prepared for:

• Long shifts in high-temperature environments.
• Adherence to strict safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Occasional travel to project sites within Saudi Arabia.
