About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence to contribute to cutting-edge projects. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to design, implement, and optimize machine learning models that drive business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
• Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance tuning of models.
• Document ML workflows, methodologies, and results for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML deployment.
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.

Non-Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements

Education Level: Graduation/Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
