Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator/Designer to join our dynamic advertising team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in machine operation and design, with a strong background in machine learning. This role requires precision, creativity, and technical expertise to ensure seamless production and design processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery used in advertising and marketing production.
• Design and develop machine-driven solutions for advertising campaigns.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Collaborate with the creative team to integrate machine learning into design processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Optimize machine operations for efficiency and productivity.
• Document processes and provide training to junior staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications.
• Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Understanding of automation and control systems.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes.

Education and Experience:

• ITI certification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in machine operation and design.
