Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize machine performance and production efficiency.
• Apply Machine Learning techniques to improve predictive maintenance and process automation.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Machinist in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and Machine Learning applications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high precision and accuracy.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
