Job Summary

As a Maintenance Executive at KFC Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the seamless functioning of our restaurant operations. This position is ideal for individuals with 0-4 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment in a timely manner
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when necessary
• Assist in inventory management of maintenance supplies and spare parts

Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Maintenance Executive will:

• Work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
