Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor (AC), you will oversee the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems and related equipment. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities for AC systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Managing a team of technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
