Job Overview

H.R. International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor (Agricultural) to oversee and manage maintenance operations in the Oil & Gas/Engineering & Construction sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in agricultural maintenance and be capable of ensuring the optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Salary Range: 5-8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for agricultural equipment and machinery.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inventory, and equipment status.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize equipment efficiency.
• Source and procure spare parts and tools as needed.
• Address emergencies and breakdowns in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in agricultural or industrial settings.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas/Engineering & Construction industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Working Conditions
