Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to join our Engineering team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, motors, generators, and control panels.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in electrical maintenance best practices.
• Monitor inventory of electrical spare parts and tools, placing orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment (multimeters, insulation testers, etc.).

Education and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Certifications in electrical safety or maintenance are a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires working in industrial settings, including exposure to outdoor conditions and occasional overtime or shift work. Safety gear and training will be provided.
