Job Overview
Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our manufacturing operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on experience in maintenance management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Inspect machinery, tools, and systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow.
- Source and procure necessary spare parts and equipment to support maintenance operations.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance team competency.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest upgrades or replacements as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to implement cost-effective maintenance strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in maintenance or reliability engineering (e.g., CMRP).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Prior work experience in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
Work Environment
The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a manufacturing plant setting, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The role requires physical activity, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces when necessary.
