Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our production facility, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance. Your key duties include:

• Supervising and coordinating the maintenance team to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensuring all production machinery operates efficiently and safely.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Troubleshooting equipment failures and coordinating repairs.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.
• Collaborating with production managers to optimize equipment performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Safety Compliance: In-depth understanding of workplace safety protocols.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Certifications in occupational health and safety.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
