About the Role

Cansun, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech - Electrical to join our dynamic maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, offering a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, enhance efficiency, and maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in manufacturing machinery
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical components including motors, transformers, and control systems
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions promptly
• Suggest improvements to enhance electrical system reliability and efficiency
• Assist in training junior maintenance staff when required

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and measurement equipment
• Understanding of PLCs, VFDs, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
• Knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems (advantageous)

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in shifts when required

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with standard working hours (may include shifts)
• On-site role at our manufacturing facility in Al Malaz, Riyadh
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25kg, and working at heights
