Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Tech - Mechanical, your primary duties will include:

• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical failures in manufacturing machinery.
• Conducting inspections and repairs of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Coordinating with other maintenance staff and production teams for seamless operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions.
• Recommending improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and tool usage.
