Maintenance Technician

Job Description

H.R. International, a leading name in the Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction industry, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Service and Maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues and implement timely repairs.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize equipment performance.
• Use hand and power tools, diagnostic devices, and software to complete tasks efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sector.
• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.

Work Environment

This role is on-site in our facility located in Al Batha, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be prepared to work in industrial settings, including exposure to loud noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces or at heights when required.
