Job Overview
Vijayanagara Vivekananda International School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Officer to join our marketing team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the school’s programs, events, and achievements.
- Manage the school’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.
- Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for promotional activities, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
- Support the organization of school events, open houses, and admission drives to attract prospective students and parents.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Maintain the school’s website content and ensure SEO best practices are followed to improve online visibility.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and management to showcase student success stories and academic milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging visual and written content.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Graduation or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in marketing (internships or freelance projects are acceptable).
- Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or certifications in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
