Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mason to join our Operations team in Diriyah, Riyadh. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in masonry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and plastering walls to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials according to project specifications.
• Apply plaster to walls and surfaces to create smooth or textured finishes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other adhesives to secure masonry units.
• Repair and restore existing masonry structures as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in bricklaying, block laying, and plastering.
• Basic knowledge of masonry tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Doctorate-level education (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in masonry or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern masonry materials and techniques.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.

Work Environment

This position is not remote and requires on-site work in Diriyah, Riyadh. The role involves physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and exposure to outdoor conditions. Safety gear and training will be provided.
