Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to optimize material flow and reduce downtime.
• Implement and enforce logistics and inventory control policies to minimize losses.
• Monitor material usage trends and forecast future inventory needs.
• Prepare and submit reports on material status, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Oversight of material movements between warehouses, production sites, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of material management and supply chain logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory tracking.
• Experience in warehouse management and stock control methodologies.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in material control or logistics coordination within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prior experience in ERP-based inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the UAE.
