Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Consultant Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, optimizing mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical systems for Oil & Gas projects, including pipelines, pressure vessels, and rotating equipment.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mechanical solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications in compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ANSI).
• Provide on-site engineering support during construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
• Review and approve vendor designs, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Optimize existing mechanical systems for improved efficiency and safety.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Post-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design within the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
• Strong understanding of ASME, API, and other relevant industry standards.

Technical Skills:

• Mechanical system design and analysis.
• Project management and coordination.
• Knowledge of materials, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.

Soft Skills:
