We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role involves working on high-profile construction projects, ensuring mechanical systems are designed, implemented, and maintained efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (civil engineers, architects, project managers) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare technical reports, blueprints, and specifications.
- Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Perform cost estimation and budgeting for mechanical components.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HVAC systems, piping, and structural mechanics.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations.
