Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in mechanical fitting, fabrication, and welding, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. This role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical components and systems in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks as required for mechanical assemblies.
• Inspect and test mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing repairs or replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry.
• Proficiency in fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for mechanical fitting tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
