Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and components in the Oil & Gas sector. Your duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Assembling and fitting mechanical components such as pipes, valves, pumps, and turbines.
• Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to optimize mechanical performance.
• Using precision measuring tools and equipment to verify alignment and dimensions.
• Performing welding, grinding, and other fabrication tasks as needed.
• Documenting work performed and reporting issues to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical fitting, assembly, and maintenance.
• Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Education: ITI certification in Mechanical Fitting or a relevant field.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety standards.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with CNC machinery or automated systems.
• Certification in welding or pipefitting.
• Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance management software.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Malaz, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The work environment includes:
