About the Role

Indman Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd is seeking Mechanical Helpers to join our team in Abu Dhabi for onshore Oil & Gas projects. This is a full-time role ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders with a passion for mechanical work in the energy sector. As a Mechanical Helper, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, ensuring smooth operations in production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior mechanics in installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any malfunctions.
• Support the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues under supervision.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in documenting maintenance activities and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Physical stamina for manual labor in an industrial environment.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience (freshers may apply).
• Prior training or internship in Oil & Gas or industrial settings is a plus.
