Goodwill Global Consultancy (SKD Group) is seeking skilled Mechanical Helpers to join our Maintenance Department in the heart of Abu Dhabi's thriving Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction industry. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly and maintenance tasks.

As a Mechanical Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering teams by assisting with mechanical assembly, equipment maintenance, and other technical tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior mechanics and engineers in assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
• Handle tools and equipment with precision, following safety protocols.
• Support in troubleshooting mechanical issues and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Follow technical drawings, manuals, and instructions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management of mechanical tools and spare parts.
• Adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or maintenance roles.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor in industrial settings.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Higher Secondary education (preferred).
• Technical certifications in mechanical fields (a plus but not required).
