Mechanical Helpers - Full-Time Position

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Mechanical Helpers to join our team at the prestigious NEOM Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for ITI graduates with 1-3 years of experience in assisting mechanical repair tasks within the construction industry. The successful candidates will work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure smooth mechanical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Support senior engineers and technicians in troubleshooting mechanical faults.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals for accurate task execution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain mechanical workshop cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in inventory management of tools, spare parts, and materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical repair tasks.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor and work in varying conditions.

Education & Certifications:

• ITI Certification in Mechanical Trade or related field.
• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus.
