Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading mechanical maintenance and operational activities in the Oil & Gas sector. Key duties include:
- Supervising and coordinating mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Managing a team of mechanical technicians and engineers.
- Developing maintenance schedules and monitoring equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting mechanical failures and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Preparing reports on mechanical activities, performance, and incidents.
- Liaising with contractors and vendors for procurement and project support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, pumps, and rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
