Job Overview
Arvind Manpower Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor/Foreman (Piping) to oversee piping maintenance and installation projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in piping systems, maintenance, and team leadership. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential assignments in UAE and Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems in industrial settings.
- Lead a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Inspect piping systems for defects, leaks, or wear and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications.
- Maintenance scheduling and reporting to ensure minimal downtime in operations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in piping maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ASME, ANSI, and company policies.
Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in piping systems, welding, or maintenance is a plus.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor/Foreman in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, fittings, valves, and pumps.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tools, welding, and fabrication.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic piping systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with potential overtime based on project demands.
- Work sites may include refineries, petrochemical plants, or construction zones.
- No remote work; on-site presence required.
