We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical operations within our Oil & Gas and Engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience, strong leadership skills, and a Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field. This role requires proactive problem-solving, adherence to safety protocols, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently and meet quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems in Oil & Gas or Construction environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction.
• Certifications in relevant mechanical disciplines (preferred but not mandatory).
