Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Facility Management team in Muscat, Oman. Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Leading a team of technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspecting equipment and systems to identify faults and implementing corrective actions.
- Managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborating with engineers and contractors to execute repairs and upgrades.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and reporting to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills
