As a Mechanical Technician at our facility in The Pearl, Doha, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance to maximize efficiency. This is an on-site role with a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for equipment installation and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Operate diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Assist in equipment calibration, installation, and testing to meet production demands.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical failures efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Certifications in mechanical systems, welding, or industrial maintenance are a plus.
